I bring an artistic attitude into leadership and business.

Working with leadership as a living, embodied art form rather than a fixed model.

Drawing on more than twenty-five years of experience in culture change, leadership, and wellbeing, I support individuals and organisations in cultivating authentic leadership rooted in integrity and aliveness.

Through embodiment, movement, and improvisation, I create spaces where human movement become a new language for leaders — allowing clarity, emotional intelligence, and action to meet and move together.

I am an awarded business educator, an internationally renowned theatre performer, and I have been a professor of organization and applied arts at Vlerick Business School Belgium for more than 14 years. I am unique in the way I explore the territory beyond the trodden paths of leadership development to provide truly inspiring insights enabling my clients to excel in today’s VUCA world.

I developed a unique and highly impactful teaching and coaching portfolio, combining performing arts frameworks, mind-sets and behaviours with organization theory, which became very successful especially with executive clients.

I inspire and prepare for high-speed and high-quality decision making in times of volatility, while discovering new ways towards joy, resilience and impact.
