Who We Are

The International Artistic Collective (IAC) brings together artists and facilitators who create humane, sensory spaces in complex times.

Through carefully designed artistic experiences, we do not only Entertain. We invite people to Resense, Reconnect, and Reignite: to return to perception and presence, to rebuild shared ground, and to open creative paths forward. Our work draws on performance, voice, movement, danse, clowning, sound, music, food art, writing, and ritual, engaging head, heart, and senses.

We work with organisations, institutions, and communities seeking depth, clarity, and humanity in how they gather and collaborate. Sometimes we facilitate, sometimes we perform, sometimes we gently provoke—but always with care for the space we hold.

International, interdisciplinary, and fluid by nature, we share a trust in the Arts as a way to move through a world in flux with attention, imagination, and grace.

I work with leadership as a living, embodied art form.

Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in culture change, leadership, and well‑being, I support individuals and organisations in cultivating authentic leadership rooted in integrity.

Through embodiment, movement, and improvisation, I invite leaders to experiment, sense, and listen — allowing rational clarity and emotional intelligence to meet naturally.

I am passionate about societal and organisational dynamics — and about individual and collective joy.

Working at the intersection of organisation theory and the applied arts, I explore new, intelligent ways of running organisations.

Through art‑based practices such as improvisation, clowning, theatre, movement, and play, I help leaders and organisations understand themselves safely and creatively, and navigate change with clarity, resilience, and impact.

Words and sounds are my magic.
I work with language and music, making room for silence, breath, meaning — and play.

Drawing on years of experience in music, performance, and word art, I create embodied encounters through text, voice, and sound.

With a sensitive pen, a warm presence, a playful imagination, and deep listening, I guide individuals and groups in co‑creating something real, nourishing, and essential.

I create spaces where sound, voice, and imagination meet.

Through immersive soundscapes, collective singing improvisation, and sensory exploration, I invite people to slow down, listen deeply, and tune in to themselves and each other.

As a creative facilitator, I work with sound, voice, and embodied perception to gently shift thinking, awaken creativity, and open fresh perspectives — individually and collectively.
